1st Mediterranean Conference in Classical and Quantum Gravity
We are happy to announce the 1st Mediterranean Conference in Classical and Quantum Gravity (MCCQG). The conference will take place at the Orthodox Academy of Crete in Kolymbari (Greece) from Monday, September 14th to Friday, September 18th, 2009. The purpose of the conference will be to discuss the present status and latest developments in the classical and quantum treatment of gravitational systems and in related subjects, e.g. classical gravity and alternative theories, quantum gravity, cosmology, black holes, gravitational waves, strings and branes. The program will consist of invited plenary talks and contributed talks in parallel sessions.
